How to Enter

Process of Submission and Payment of Entry Fee

1. Fill up the Registration Form .
 
2. Submit the completed Registration Form to the Secretariat via email, on or before 31st  October of the     current Awards year.
 
3. Please enclose the followings with duly-completed Registration Form:

   a. At least ONE interior and ONE Exterior photograph or illustration of the project

   b. Brochures of the project or brief written description

   c. Certificate of project completion (by authority/architects) or proof of project completion.

   d. Proof of occupancy (by architects and photos).

 

4.If the projects fit the basic requirements and criteria, it will be accepted to participate in the Awards.
 
5.An Invoice of the payment for Entry Fee will be issued. (Member: Euro1,200, Non-Member: Euro1,500.) and payment must be made before 31st December of the current year. Member’s rate is strictly for FIABCI International Member, and the Membership Certificate issued by FIABCI HQ must be submitted in order to enjoy the Member’s Rate.
 
6.The applicant then proceeds to prepare their project’s detail information to a designated Award portal before 31st December of the current year.

Awards Winners for Each Category

World Gold Winner will be bestowed to the World Best Project of each category.

World Silver Winner will be bestowed to the World Second Best Project of each category.

 

 

Using of the Awards' Logo

Winners will be entitled to use the prestigious ‘FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards' logo on their business materials, and international exposure including an advertisement in the Wall Street Journal, featuring on the Roll-of-Honours of FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards.

Basic Criteria

The participating project must have been completed and fully operational for at least 12 months before 31st December of the current Awards' year. For Master Plan Category, If the project comprises of several phases, at least 1 phase has been completed and operational for at least 12 months before

31st  December of the current awards' year.

All material submitted will not be returned

 

Entry Fee

FIABCI member - Euro 1,200 per project per category (Membership Certificate from HQ must be attached)

Non FIABCI member - Euro 1,500 per project per category

** Please include an additional of Euro30 as third party bank charges. Any shortfalls of the net fee shall be borne by the participant.

 

Who May Submit for the Awards

The owner, developer, appointed professional, architects & company owner from the private and public sector who assume the executive responsibility for the project or property may nominate and submit the project for the Awards.

Notification of Results

The final Oversight Panel deliberation meeting will take place in March of the current Awards' year and all participants will be notified of the results.

 

Awards Presentation Ceremony

Winners will be honoured at an official Awards Presentation Ceremony to be held at the FIABCI World Congress in May of the current Awards' year.

2014 FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards Presentation Ceremony held at Luxembourg on 21st May 2014.

2013 FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Awards Presentation Ceremony held at Taichung, Taiwan on 27th May 2013.

2012 FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Awards Presentation Ceremony held at St. Petersburg, Russia on  15th May 2012.
