Vanke Garden City Project is one of master plan community developed by Wuhan Vanke Real Estate Co. The project has largely adopted “Blog Community” and “New Urbanism” idea into its community design, which emphasis energy efficiency, water preservation and environmental protection etc. In response to central government’s initiative to provide fully-furnished units, this project has leaded Chinese Housing Industrialization in the regard of having high-standard fully-furnished units.
