With sky gardens, courtyards, landscape deck and meaningful conservation of an existing building and a 12 meters height rain tree, One North Residences engages its natural surroundings with openness and remembrance of its nostalgic past.
The development aims to keep the creative minds in a constant state of openness and excitement, in a setting of lush nature and fond memories, and therefore envisaging the vision of One North Master Plan as a synergistic hub of creativity and innovation.
