Dom Sevastyanova is a palace in Yekaterinburg, Russia (built in1817). By 2008, there was a threat of destruction caused by extensive use as administrative facility in Soviet times. Fortunately, it was chosen as the headquarters for Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit 2009.

The architects and construction team managed to revive the palace within one year. The original exterior appearance was restored, the interiors were even improved. 60% of original structure was preserved, floor area was increased by half by construction of central hall instead of the yard. It is the only facility in the region to host international highest-level meetings.
