Taiwan, FIABCI-Taiwan Real Estate Excellence Award

The purpose of the FIABCI-Taiwan Real Estate Excellence Awards is to set an international benchmark for Taiwanese Real Estate industry, in order to promote the high standard of Taiwanese Real Estate to the world.

Thailand, FIABCI-Thai Prix d'Excellence Award

FIABCI-Thai Prix d'Excellence Award was first organised in 2019 aimed to recognised the outstanding real estate projects. The respected people in the real estate field and related disciplinces, business and acadey (local and foreign) are invited as panel of judges.

The Winners are endorsed to represent FIABCI-Thai to compete in the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards.

Hungary, Hungarian Real Estate Development Award

FIABCI Hungary established the awards in 1997 with the goal of demonstrating to the Hungarian public a new sector in the economy and also to submit Hungarian participations to FIABCI World Prix d`Excellence Awards.

Since 1998, when Hungarian developers first took part in the FIABCI World Prix d`Excellence, Hungary achieved 24 gold and 35 silver awards. Hungary, following Brazil and Malaysia, was the third country to recognize the importance of a local proprty award; and therefore would like to urge the other countries to organize their own chapter awards.

Malaysia, Malaysia Property Award™

The Malaysia Property Award™ is a gold standard for developers in the real estate industry, it is a platform for them to showcase their best creations.

The Award gained recognition and prestige as "Oscar Award" of the industry. It is now a brand by itself with developers vying to win the Award. The award procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to, enforced and executed from the nomination stage, physical site visits and verifications, and judging. Continuously maintaining high standard of the judging process is vital in order to reflect its reputation.
