The XIIIth Hungarian Award 2011

 FIABCI Hungary and its Principal Memeber –the Hungarian Real Eatate Association organised this year the XIIIth Hungarian Real Estate Award. The Award had a very wide support onbehalf of different state and professional organizations. The Main Patron of the Award was dr Péter SZALÓ, State Secretary of Construction and Development.

The jury had 13 member delegated by the supporting professional associations, which were represented by Presidents, Vice Presidents or Secretary Generals. Brigitte Jank Vice President of FIABCI Austria and President of the Chamber of Industry of Vienna and Adriena Litomericka from Slovakia, who is the Vice President of The European Confederation of the Real Estate Agents traditionally also took part in the work of the jury.

Despite of the crisis, 24 outstanding project took part in the competition from the capital town Budapest and diferent towns from countryside. The price giving ceremony was held on 13th of December in the Gerbeaud Convention Center which is the best adress in Budapest. There were about hundred crowd celebrating the winners.

Among the awarded projects were office buildings, hotels, heritage restaurations, purpuse built buildings and public amenities. Some of the winners registered for the Prix d`Excellence Award 2012.
