The complex, containing a University Library, Educational and Congress Centre was built in 2004, in the third largest city in Hungary. The students of the University visit the institution at an unexpected rate.
The main reason for the success of the building is based on it’s architectural quality, paciousness, lucid arrangement, on it’s careful maintenance and attractive and realizable programmes on the market.
Due to all of these facts, the building became capable of maintaining itself with significant sums. The originally non profit-oriented investment became profit-oriented, meanwhile it’s rank and importance within the city has been growing.
