Millennium Park was transformed from a 3 million m2 abandoned areas used for agricultural works in the Soviet Union. The artificial water system including nearly 5.5 km of canals and lakes up to 2 ha was also created. This project includes 670 elite qualifying lots. This project is environment conservation where the developer created energy saving system, sewage treatment facilities to harvest rainwater for cleaning purpose.
